Through HNY-B you get one embedded senior operator - not an agency, a strategist, and two contractors you spend your week managing. The work of four, run by one.
I work best with premium, high-stakes brands in complex, regulated, or restricted markets - cannabis, beauty, wellness, spirits, longevity - and with founders building something that has to be both fast and compliant. If you're scaling without a senior marketing leader, launching into a hard category, or trying to get found and chosen in the age of AI search, that's the room I'm built for.
Sixteen-plus years running marketing end to end for L'Oréal, Kiehl's, Charlotte Tilbury, Living Proof and culture-defining founders - now applied as one embedded partner inside your business.
And this isn't advisory-from-altitude: I run marketing for a five-location cannabis retailer in Connecticut right now. I'm inside a regulated P&L every week - the playbook you're buying is the one I operate.
Not ready for a retainer? Start with one scoped engagement - fixed timeline, a deliverable you keep. Project or hourly, sized to the problem. Each one is built to earn its keep and to tell us both whether a bigger engagement makes sense.
Pick the altitude you need. Same operator, same playbook - I either run your marketing, or I build the brand and growth systems your team runs.
One embedded senior partner running your whole marketing function - positioning, go-to-market, team, and systems. Big-brand execution on a lean team, without hiring a full-time exec or managing four vendors. Sometimes called a fractional CMO engagement.
Sharp positioning, launches, and the growth systems that get premium and regulated brands found and chosen - in AI search and everywhere else. From a two-week sprint to a standing advisory seat, in beauty, wellness, spirits, cannabis, and longevity - built for categories where the usual playbook is off-limits.
Six areas I can own outright or work inside, depending on what you need. Bring me in to lead the function, or for one defined piece of it.
Focused execution is available too, inside a defined scope: website updates and design, branded merchandise, platform migrations, and one-off campaign builds.
Working with Brianne Dezzutti from HNY-B Consulting was a great experience. She helped me build out a dispensary brand, but her value went far beyond what I would expect from a typical marketing professional. Brianne brought a wealth of knowledge about the cannabis industry, technology, branding, and business strategy, which allowed her to really understand what I needed from an owner's perspective. She was able to look at the bigger picture, ask the right questions, and provide insight that was both practical and industry-specific. Her understanding of the cannabis space made the entire process much more productive, and I would highly recommend Brianne to anyone looking for someone who can bring both creative and business-minded thinking to their organization.
I brought Bri in to work with me on Luteal Health, and she quickly became a trusted partner in the business. Bri has a rare ability to find the insight underneath the problem: she digs into the audience and the category and comes back with a point of view that actually shapes the creative and the brand direction, not just a deck of ideas. She also played a key role in our new business and B2B efforts, from framing the opportunity to developing the pitch itself. Her thinking made every pitch sharper and more persuasive.Bri is strategic, hands-on, and generous with her ideas. If you get the chance to work with her, take it.
As our Chief Marketing Officer, she brings a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution that is incredibly hard to find. Bri is analytically driven but never loses sight of the brand or the customer. Bri thinks like a strategist and executes like an operator. In our industry, marketing requires a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory standards. Bri knows those boundaries extremely well, but she has never let them limit her creativity. She's someone I trust completely with our brand.
Her marketing campaigns are thoughtful, strategic, and backed by real data, consistently helping strengthen our retail presence and connect with customers in a meaningful way.
Brianne is one of the most talented branding and marketing professionals I've worked with. Her strategic thinking is matched by her creativity, and she has a rare talent for balancing big-picture vision with flawless execution.
Organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with on all fronts. She can handle multi-channel campaigns and any task sent her way in an effective and efficient manner.
Most work is a monthly fractional engagement or a fixed-scope project / sprint. Fractional leadership starts with a defined 90-day scope, then continues month to month - no long lock-in; sprints and audits are fixed-scope with a set end date. Or start with a fixed-scope audit or sprint (above) before any retainer. We scope it on the intro call based on what you actually need - I'd rather right-size the work than oversell it.
Fractional engagements run $1,000 to $3,500 a month, depending on scope and altitude - a standing retainer is different from embedded leadership through a launch. Fixed-scope projects are quoted separately. I'll give you exact pricing after the intro call, once I understand the work. No surprise invoices.
Premium and regulated categories are home turf: cannabis, beauty, wellness, spirits, and longevity. If you're in a complex or restricted market where the usual playbook doesn't apply, that's exactly where I add the most value.
Yes. I'm based in Austin, TX and work with brands across the US remotely, with travel for the moments that matter - launches, offsites, and key milestones.
Everything I build lives in your workspace, not mine: playbooks, dashboards, calendars, and vendor relationships stay with you. The goal from week one is a system that runs without me, which is exactly why the work is documented to outlast the engagement.
Book the intro call - I'll tell you where I'd start, and whether it should be me. References available on request.
